Terms and Conditions
- First pay, first book basis: Minimum 50% downpayment required.
- Booking is confirmed only after payment is verified and you receive confirmation from management. NO PENCIL BOOKING.
- NO REFUND: Downpayments are strictly non-refundable as they are used to secure your reservation slot.
- We allow one (1) free rebooking only in cases of an emergency or unforeseen calamities. Any request for an additional rebooking beyond the first approved rebooking will be subject to a Php 5,000.00 rebooking fee.
- Management may reschedule booking due to unforeseen events (force majeure or facilities issues).
- Full payment + Php 3,000 security deposit is required upon check-in (refundable before check-out if there are no loss or damage of items).
- Strict check-in/check-out schedule. No early check-in or extension for late arrivals.
- Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Fee: Php 1,500 per hour.
